Simple Halloween Decor: Image Round Up

It’s that time. My most favorite season ever, fall! I love the colors, smells, warm & cozy feel and the crunching leaves on the ground. It’s probably my favorite “seasonal” decor to incorporate into my home. With that being said – I’ve always had the hardest time decorating for Halloween. I don’t love the purples and bright greens, plastic orange pumpkins and the spooky eyes. I’ve never felt it was me – or mixed into my home well. Our first few years as homeowners I’d spend too much money each year trying new things – hoping they’d work! (I see SO many gorgeously styled homes with their Halloween decor, I just can’t seem to figure out how to do it!). I started instead incorporating just a few – mostly neutral or black Halloween decor items into my “Halloween” – and leaning way towards the natural stuff – REAL PUMPKINS. I know I’m not the only one – so I’ve scoured the internet and collected my favorite simple Halloween decor images – complied here for myself and my fellow Halloween decor challenged inspiration. I couldn’t find the sourcing for this ^ – but I LOVE the simplicity here. Just a few natural pumpkins lined up under a harvest style wreath. This is SO beautiful!

2019 Fall Bucket List

It’s finally here! My most favorite season – ever. There’s something about the crisp cool air, bringing the gorgeous outside colors in – it’s warm & cozy. I love pulling out my sweaters, boots and scarves. I wish it lasted all year – but having just a couple of short months makes it especially important to enjoy every minute.

I like to make a mini bucket list for each season, 4 or 5 things I’d like to do during the few months the weather changes. This last week I pulled out all my decorative pumpkins, fall soaps, candles and fur throw blankets – I kept the windows open, AC off and enjoyed that crisp fall air filling my house. What are a few things you’d like to accomplish this season? I’m sharing my here!
